TerraBase Data User

This course is designed for TerraBase users who need to query, report, or export data from their TerraBase application and Enterprise Query. This basic course covers the following functionality:

• The TerraBase Explorer
  
• Analytical reports and queries
  
• Geotechnical reports and queries
  
• Exporting data from TerraBase and Enterprise Query
  

This course does not cover TerraBase database setup or data importation. Those features are covered in the TerraBase Data Manager Training

TerraBase Data Manager

This course is designed for TerraBase users who need to import and edit data in TerraBase. This course covers the following functionality:

• Creating a new site within TerraBase
  
• Importing analytical and geotechnical data
  
• Editing analytical and geotechnical data
  
• CheckMate format checking
  

This course does not cover running data queries, reports or exporting data. Those features are covered in the TerraBase Data User training.

TerraBase ArcView Extensions

This course is designed for TerraBase users who wish to use the mapping (GIS) functionality. This class covers the TerraBase ArcView extensions:

• Querying/viewing analytical and geotechnical data
  
• Generation of boring logs, well cross sections, and hydrographsbr />
• Displaying soil profiles
  
• Creating map layouts and figures
  
• Generating contours and groundwater potentiometric surface maps
  
• Displaying your site data in 3 dimensions
  

Basics of ArcView GIS

This course is designed to give users the basic knowledge needed to get started with the ArcView geographical information system (GIS) from ESRI, Inc. This course covers the main features in ArcView GIS V 3.2 necessary for most GIS users.
This course does not cover running data queries, reports or exporting data. Those features are covered in the TerraBase Data User training.
